CRUISE SHIPS ARE OURSPECIALTY
We have had the pleasure of handling cruise shipsof various flags (including P & O with over 1700 on board) formany years now. One of our ongoing problems is to obtain sufficientbuses (they are at a premium nationally, especially during the highseason) and guides speaking a particular language. Since transporterswould rather have their buses on tour rather than tied up for oneday, we cannot get a firm commitment until very near time of arrival.Whilst we do not want to discourage anyone from visiting us duringhigh season, we recommend planning cruise stopovers at less busytimes of the year. Here is a guideline for "low" times in Morocco'smain ports:
Casablanca: January, February, June, July, August,September, November, December (except end of the yearholidays)
Tangier: January, February, March, April, (exceptEaster week), May, October, November, December (except end of theyear holidays)
Agadir and Safi: about the same asCasablanca
Most buses are based in Casablanca with Tangier aclose second. Agadir is next, although buses may have to be broughtin from as far away as Marrakech. In Safi, most buses must come fromCasablanca or Marrakech, which entails an increase in price.
While we do our best to provide the best busesavailable, circumstances beyond our control sometimes prevent it.Nobody, but nobody can promise you more that this.
